Anyone have knowledge of citizen arrest and how far that stretches?

  1. Do a militia have the right to enact citizen arrests of gov officials for whom they have evidence of treason?

  1. Are there any rights within the citizen arrest idea to tresspass in order to make that arrest?

  1. Are there any rights within the citizen arrest idea to damage property in order to make that arrest?

  1. What would be the next step? Hand over to police/feds? What if they refuse to accept the arrest?
