front wheel drive. causes more accidents and deaths than texting and alcohol combined. most fuckwit driver-ed drivers have NO CLUE. when you remove your foot from the gas pedal, you get engine braking. if you have front wheel drive, ONLY the front wheels are braking. if you take your foot off the gas in icy conditions, on a curve, 99% of the time you lose control of the ass end, and wind up spinning sideways. since driver's ed does NOT teach any real world driving skills, 99% of drivers completely lose control at that point, and crash. whomever came up with the idea to use the same set of wheels to steer AND to power the vehicle should be killed, then revived, then killed again. but MUH SAFETY……

BTW, fixing them is a nightmare, and mileage depends on engine displacement, NOT on body config or FWD vs RWD.

i'm not a scientist, i just play one on the interwebz. and telecomm is not my area of expertise, so i'm just spitballin' here…

to get any degree of real anonymity, you would need the capability to UPLOAD to the internet from an untraceable location.

one way i can think of would be to have a satellite uplink, and send a narrow beam transmission to a telecomm satellite.

if you can manage the technology AND have accts to pay for it all that are untraceable… then maybe.

another way might be to have broadband access thru a cell tower. then pick a specific tower in a densely populated area

and have a focused beam microwave transmitter aimed directly at that tower, and shielded so that no other tower can pick up the signal (so they can't triangulate).

they could narrow your position down to a radius around that one tower. but they could have other tech to find you from there.

so no, no one is truly anonymous. no such agency will find you if they want you.
