I've got a theory that's fuckin crazy. Q once said in a drop "wait till you find out who has been talking to you here" and something about it would make us laugh. I've filed that in the back of my head for a while.. but I can't get this thought to go away. What if.. just what if.. Q is actually Mueller and his investigation is actually this board's work. That would fit the bill of parallel construction
