OK – got something weird going on here.
There is a large very bright light high in the western sky over eastern oklahoma. Pic related. We thought it was a plane at first but it's not moving. We've been watching it for about 45 minutes. WTF is that? Pic related - zoomed in. Checked flight aware - doesn't match up with anything. What is the ring around it? Sky event?
It's very big and very bright. Dwarfs any star / planet I've ever seen. Sure hope you're right on it being Venus.
I wasn't going gong to mention the pulsing - thought it was my camera – but YES – it IS pulsing!!!
Ok – i went back outside to get a video of the pulsing. But have a problem – it's gone now. I see Venus – it's a little further to the north. What I took a pic of is no longer there
(By the way, I'm an old fag. I've looked into many a night sky. Never saw anything this big and bright.)
