I don't see how that works. Are you telling me that if the Feds raid me because they're looking for evidence of tax evasion, and instead they find a meth lab, that they're powerless to do anything about it. I think not. Again, they need probable cause to gain entry (the tax evasion search warrant) but anything that they see once inside is fair game. IANAL.
