Christmas greetings from Rome, Italy. This morning after Mass, a group of us were chatting outside in the street, while ever keeping an eye peeled for the psycho-fascist police … and I suddenly heard someone with a cell-phone playing POTUS' voice.

It was the elderly Italian priest, who was showing others the Trumps' Christmas message. It was already making the rounds on social media here in Italy. They all understood JUST enough English to get it:

And the priest said, "Ah, che bello eh?" (Isn't it beautiful?) He added in admiration, "Even we priests don't speak like that at Christmas time! And he's a protestant…"

Frens, the Italian people LOVE our POTUS. They get that we're in a battle of Good versus Evil, and that l'americano "Presidente Trrahmp" is leading the charge on behalf of the whole world. Recently I saw a fake-news story claiming that Italians are eager for Biden–please know that this is 100% bullshit. God bless you all, Buon Natale!
