That's how Twitter works. It references by the number at the end of the URL. You can put anything in the user name part and it will still go to the tweet associated with that number. Look at how low the number is, and how the post it refers to is from 2009. Someone incompletely copied a Trump tweet URL and landed on that guy's ancient tweet about a Blu-Ray player.
