it doesn't matter, the goal is to terrorize the people. and even if not an elaborate sophisticated bomb, just seen these pictures of the news, doesn't just clog the news cycle, but they also try to dominate your mind. This is a battle for your mind. We know this very well in Beirut and how this sort of cr*ap takes place.
I also know from experience that such events do not come ALONE. By that I mean they use multiple events of the same caliber. It comes in series.
