the building didn't go down. If it was a bomb it was a low effort bomb. By that location, the intent would have been to take down the building

OK I haven't seen any pictures of an RV. I'm saying based on that photo, the front looks blown out of the ground floor of the building. blown out. 30 second look, but that looks like the site of the explosion, and i see no indication of an rv
