yes the news reported that people heard a loud voice like a megaphone tell them that they needed to evacuate and then they heard a countdown. It’s crazy because many took heed to the voice and were saved. My question is where did this voice come (from)????

Witness on FB saying the RV was parked right outside her apt, next to the Melting Pot. She heard loud gunshots beforehand. 5 minutes later, she heard it again outside window on the street. Shots started At 5:32 am. then the broadcast CAME FROM THE RV.

 

the message went on for 30 minutes.
