I'm an attorney. In most jurisdictions, attorneys are required to eFile to the docket. The fact that Russell is walking a paper filing in is red flag #1… why didn't he eFile? Also, filing something, thus getting it file-stamped, does not mean your filing was ACCEPTED. I've had filings rejected. The rejected filings still got file-stamped… but so what? GETTING SOMETHING FILE-STAMPED MEANS NOTHING.

Russell Jay Gould had his videographer shut off the video ostensibly before he could be told his papers were rejected… red flag #2. Red flag #3? His filings don't appear on the Supreme Court's public docket.

Only ignorant people will think Russell's file-stamp means anything about who he says he is. A homeless person could write chicken scratch on a piece of crumpled paper, walk it in like Russell did, and get it file-stamped.

And why is Russell showing off a file-stamp when he supposedly disqualified the charter of the UPU in 2004? I thought that nullified all file-stamps. Huh.

Russell Jay Gould took donations to fund his trip to D.C. He could have eFiled from anywhere in the world, so he wasted his followers' money, and he CAN'T AFFORD A TRIP TO D.C.????
