So the recording was coordinated with a timed explosive? That could not be messed with in the amount of time given?

SpouseAnon says that the couple on the street in the video did not fire a shot. The woman does not react as though a pistol had been fired basically in her ear.

Much more plausible theory: It is an alarm strobe light coming from the parking entrance across the street.
