Suspecting that the latest EMP methods may not be irradiating. The purpose is to generate high cyclical current to generate toroidal high mag flux. Not sure that radiation is necessary for this. Someone would totally need to confirm that but EMP could potentially be totally separate from the usual nuke effects we've come to think of. Purpose is to break chip pathways with high current.
