This location was picked for a reason. Has anyone else wondered, where was Hammer located?

And for those looking at frame by frame videos thinking the blast was across the street from the blast, the last couple frames show the blast collapsing on it's source but think about this, if the blast was directed toward the building it would have tossed the van to the other side of the street in a split second and that would explain what you are seeing. Few if anyone here are experts on this stuff, quarter back guessing including me.
