I think I have an idea that might reduce the workload.

If you care to look for it a bit later in the night you'll see something very similar in the eastern sky. If you go back out the same in a month or so they'll will have changed positions or even disappeared.
Search on "Solar System". All will be revealed.
Don't feel bad, DOZENS of air traffic controllers have given these lights "clearance to land" over the years. If you keep track of Venus you can even spot it in the daytime sky while the Sun is out.
I checked the catalog myself before posting but didn't see one. I you anons gave about every possible answer that could be given. LOL! This place rocks.
I'll check the catalog again and post my idea here and on the dedicated thread if there is one.
