I don't think it is the only reason either, but one of several reasons. Wanted to share thoughts because maybe it would help reinvigorate Anons to redouble our efforts rather than concernfagging or losing hope because many seem to think MOAB was a bust and losing faith in the plan.
RC matter was when I first started considering this a possibility.
