With the two at the same time, biden will have no choice but to concede. And I'm betting if he concedes, he will be allowed to live. Otherwise he will "contract covid" and die soon after.
Some time after Pence is arrested and the dump, there will more than likely be a number of attacks throughout the US. This will likely also be called the "shit hitting the fan".
