For example I noticed there is no plate # mentioned in the FBI bulletin
Did the back of the RV not have a plate?
If not, why is this not mentioned?
If there is camera footage of the RV from the front, there is most certainly other camera footage of it from the back
In which case FBI would know if the RV had a back plate or not
