I'm op of the chopper view, clipped from the live news broadcast.

When I saw the chopper view I posted the theory that the RV was cover to park over a manhole and go through the RV floor to a manhole and plant the bomb under ground level inside the building.

The manhole pic posted later confirms the possibility.

Also there's a twit post that claimed the RV had been parked there for 36 hours. It was posted in the heel of a bread before the manholes pic but couldn't find that one. IRL stuff today.

When I posted the chopper view a few breads back anon said the large upper hole was street level. The perspective is odd such that it looks like it is but I remember from the live broadcast that it was a story up.
