I usually filter the baker and anyone who mentions the word baker in a bread. Just so you guys know.
Nothing can stop a shaped charge. Could be that a shaped charge was used in this case. It would make a relatively small hole in the building but could penetrate very deeply inside the building in a directed fashion. Some smart fuckers could vaporize a single room and leave most of the rest of the building intact even in a basement. Not really super dooper hard.
