there WAS NO RV ffs. the blast was underground and came up thru the metal grate on the sidewalk. plain as day in sec cam footage. the explosion that reached the street was NOT incredible speed or pressure. all it did at street level was break a few windows. a quarter stick of dynamite will do that.
