I don't believe today was a false flag.
In fact, I believe today was /ourguys/.
Hear me out. False flags do not have recordings to warn potential victims to evacuate the area. False flags, the same as terror attacks are aimed at causing an immediate emotional response. In the care of a terror attack that emotion is usually fear, fear that causes you to acquiesce to the terrorists demands. In a false flag the desired emotional response is anger, anger that makes you want to destroy the target of whomever perpetrated the false flag, for example 9/11 - target the ME for Israel. No terrorist demands, no false flag target has thus far been set as the narrative, and even if they were a blown up RV and 3 injuries in a vacuum is never going to get the desired result.
I believe 1 of 2 possibilities occurred.

/ourguys/ raided a target and destroyed it when they left, I could make guesses as to what the target may be, but I won't because they would be just that - a guess. I believe it would have to be /ourguys/ because, again, black hats would not set up a recording to tell people to exit the area.

This was an NSA data center, and in the event of it being hacked/infiltrated it was set to self detonate. In this case it would make sense for the evacuation warning to come from the building warning bystanders to flee.
