It looks like the first debris and plume from the explosion, rather than an inbound projectile.

 

It doesn't make sense why a missile would be used in this instance. Why "pretend" there is a device on the RV, broadcast that there is a device, and then use a missile to blow it up. Overly complicated for a simpler method already being used.

 

A device inside an enclosure blows up and out, as seen in the debris pattern. A inbound projectile penetrates down, through the target, and into the substructure. There is no crater. A missile striking an RV would have cut through the sheet metal like butter and buried into the asphalt before detonation. The explosion would have thrown the RV up and out with a large chunk of the road underneath it. The debris pattern shows an "internal" force that spread the RV out in all directions leaving the substructure intact.
