This is how you handle ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS when it comes to the 1st Amendment and Constitution while engaging in the Constitutional Rights of Freedom of Speech, Express, and Assembly. and the Right to petition the government for a re-dress of grievance. Law Enforcement Officers are not The Law and are not a Legislative Body that has the plenary Right to Make Law. They cannot tell you what you can and cannot say. Law Enforcement Officers are not an Elected Person to which means they are an Employee and under Civil Service are classified that all Local, County (Parish - LA) and State Employees are Public Servants. Law Enforcement across America must be put back under extreme and strict re-training of Constitutional Rights. Ignorance is no excuse under The Law.
