We have LTE that works slowly for cell phones.

We can’t set up hotspots.

My brother worked IT for banks in New Orleans. After Katrina that set up 2 backup sites that could seamlessly be used if one site went down. I can’t believe ATT does not have back up site with identical hardware that they can operate through.
