It’s built like a lasagna (layered) using 3 pounds of linguine, three types of cheese, sautéed onions in a bit of bacon fat, a pound of fried ground pork added to the scratch made sauce simmered for 4 hours. The topping is 3 pounds of thick cut bacon sliced into 1 inch cubes and fried crispy. It is then baked for 90 minutes at 350° The last 30 minutes uncovered so the bacon is crisp. Yeah it is awesome but it takes hours and hours to make.
