What about all the Walmarts (including abandoned) with railroads nearby? One of the old Walmarts in Ohio is abandoned and yet surrounded by Concertina Wire. Nobody has been in it for years and the copper in the air conditioning units on roof (which is not easily accessible - think of your typical walmart) is worth less than the wire. So what is there?
