I played around with this last night. Other anons identified the source to be near the center of the ATT building. And that it was subsurface.

 

I think I agree with that. The end of the video with the final flames could be the remnants of the explosion coming out of the service ports on the ground.

 

Here's my feeble attempt to align the video. I think the "source" is further down the street than it appears.

I think the lingering fire on the right side is emphasized because the fire on the left side is hidden by the smoke and rubble. The smoke moves over to the far side of the street as well as rubble falling down from om the right side. Makes it look like it originated from the right but it didn't.

 

Finally a good video of this, makes more sense to me now
