I’ve looked at about 80 stills and post explosion videos this morning and still can’t see evidence of RV debris anywhere. One would think that if the RV were the source of the explosion then some one with a camera would have taken a shot of it, but no …

 

One short video clip commencing just before the explosion and continuing through a fraction of a second after the bang does appear to show the RV on the street, but the RV is not the focal point of the blast. It then appears to have vanished from the scene.

 

It’s also clear that, from direction in which the trees along the sidewalk fell, that the explosion took place inside the ATT structure, or close to its perimeter wall. The blown out manholes (or whatever they are) in the sidewalk outside the building indicates an upward force - an explosion below ground.
