Doohickey on top is supposedly 5g bullshit, but that doesn't explain why they carve vent holes in the post. I'm still thinking it's a ventilation tube as well.
I haven't seen any arguments either yet that disprove my current theory of a bunker busting bomb considering all AT&T central offices built in the cold war era are hardened against explosions cause of nuclear war. A bomb truck on the street just wouldn't do the job.
