At this point, I think the whole "Game Theory" aspect of this plan has been so well crafted and implemented I don't know who's right about Pence.

But, I'd like to think that Pence is a whitehat, and that what Jan 6 will be is what Dec 14 was for the States. By this I mean on Dec 14, those States that sided with the treasonous steal quite literally sealed their guilt when they ratified their votes for Biden. They've been exposed and can be easily picked up and shipped to GITMO.

On Jan 6, the same thing will happen on a Federal level. Those that vote for Biden after the evidence is laid out (both prior sets of evidence and whatever new bits come out during the session) will commit treason and therefore make it easier to arrest and ship to GITMO. Those that honor their oaths stay in Congress to hold hearings and (hopefully) help POTUS fix the country.
