On December 1, 1986, the property was bought from David W. Cotham by Anthony Quinn Warner with his father Charles B. Warner cosigning it.
Betty Christine Lane seems to be Tony's mother, but can't get a handle on it. Grave records and obituaries for his father and brother seem to be non-existent, though I did find an obit for his grandfather on Ancestry dot com, mentioning his father.
Charles B. Warner, died 2011, was retired from Bell South. Bell South was spun off from AT&T in 1984 in the breakup of the telephone monopolies. In May 2006, USA Today ran an investigation questioning whether major telecomm companies were handing over records to the NSA carte blanche. AT&T replied that they don't comment on matters of national security, and Bell South
said: "BellSouth does not provide any confidential customer information to the NSA or any governmental agency without proper legal authority." -

This property is currently owned by Betty Christine Lane, who bought it March 23, 2019 from Michelle L. Swing. Michelle bought it from Anthony Q. Warner January 31, 2019. Anthony bought the property from Betty Lane August 27, 2018, who had owned it since 1973.
Probate records show that Charles Steven Warner lived at 3724 Bakertown Rd, and died Sep 17, 2018, Christine Lane relative.
I don't know one way or another, but there was a Charles Steven Warner who worked for the FDA
as a biomedical engineer, and another who worked for the US Dept of Veterans' Affairs in information Technology. Not saying it's him, there's a ton of people with that name.
Michelle Louise Swing works for AEG Presents - https://www.facebook.com/AEGPresents/ - in LA? It's a concert promoter, prolly branches in major cities. Anyway, the address on the sale of the house is 810 S Flower St, Los Angeles, though she does have an address in Lenoir City,
Tenn., her mother's home - Luz Maria Swing. Maybe Luz is Tony's GF, or Michelle is his GF. She seems to be trusted by the family, involved in the swapping of the other house as well.
