The top floor center is all louvered. There must be a massive amount of heat exchange units up there up there. If cooled air is ducted down to the basement server farm rather then having cooling coils in the basement then the ducts would be a vent path for over pressure. windows blowing out in corners and by support walls is expected from reflected waves from the ceiling / walls
