Early on after Mr. Trump won I had heard that the Soros/hrc gang were physically stopped from manipulating the voting machines. Military was involved. That would make more sense to me than them holding some of it back. I don't know, but our POTUS is all about the rule of law. He knew from the beginning (many years ago) that this fight had to be won legally, for America to be able to survive this and to be able to flourish afterwards.
