Had a really wicked thought. What happens if they let this go to inauguration? Who all would attend Joe's inauguration? Would MP's keeping civil order be a surprise to anyone or expected?

What is the one way to get the majority you want arrested in one place, out in the open and separated from their security? Where they can be all arrested without a fire fight?
