Many hypothesizing it came from within the building including myself. The debris scatter and the scorch marks clearly indicate that.

Exactly… BDT was done, controlled burn occurred. The gun shots heard were not gunshots but rather controlled preliminary demolitions (much smaller). Warning came out on the speakers. A larger explosion happened to destroy any traces or possibility of gathering data from broken servers. Only three people were injured so it was a success.
For all we know that hub was compromised somehow. Possibly even on purpose to gather data/evidence on deep state dark operations in Georgia. Once the data was gathered the hub was destroyed It could have been something of a honeypot I guess. But also with all the solar winds stuff going on perhaps it was destroyed to protect national infrastructure.
