What is equally insane and doesn't require any kind of science degree to see is that it's okay to sit and eat in a restaurant or bar without your mask, but you must be masked when walking in/out of said establishment or to get up and use the restroom. Because COVID can only attack and infect you when you're on the move apparently. Anon living in CT, indoor dining is allowed, but these are their mandates based on "science".
