Anons, I posted this before but apparently nobody thought that it was interesting that the Office of Refugee Resettlement was hand-placing admitted MS-13 gang members in various cities across the United States during Obama's Presidency. The program was called "Operation Raging Bull." Not quite Red Bull, but it's kind of close:

Do a little digging, and you'll find that they placed 12 from El Salvador. Not that that's the only place MS-13 comes from, but it's something.

that's encouraging, ha ha…I thought nobody cared. The letter states the cities in which they were placed. Remember that two gangsters where killed in Myrtle Beach two days after Seth Rich's death–I don't believe South Carolina was one of the states listed in the letter. But Maryland was (where Seth Rich was killed).
