Yes and no. While Judaism itself may be benign a lot of the positions of power within the government/finance/media etc are held by Jews and people with dual citizenship. Like Q said, there are bad people within many/all religions but it seems like Jews are over represented within the "cabal" for the small percentage of the total population they actually are.

I don't have it readily available but there was someone spamming it whenever someone mentioned the jews a few days ago. It basically said something like "this isn't about religion" "evil exists everywhere." Honestly i may have misquoted it though.
