What are we seeing here?
POTUS can't rely on State Legislatures to do the right thing. Nor the "Justice Department" as a whole. They refuse. Nor the Federal Congress. They only play games and talk out of both sides of their evil mouths. Nor the courts. State to Fed to Supreme is too cowardly and biased. What is left when all avenues refuse to do their jobs? THE MILITARY. THIS WAS ALWAYS KNOWN. Queue THE MILITARY TRIBUNALS. IT IS THE ONLY WAY LEFT.
