This appears to be a flare from the engine of a missile. You cannot tell if it is plane launched or hand launched from this image, however there are no visible aircraft in the picture. You can even see other stationary lens flares in the picture.
I'm going to also point out that this is an animated gif for those you did not notice the first four times.

The streaks appear a full two seconds before the plume becomes visible.
Seconds 1 through 3. Look at it.
False. The missile engine flare is clearly visible and illuminates the surroundings just prior to impact, somewhere around second three. There is a whole two seconds before the dome is visible, which is plenty of time for any explosion.
Personally speaking I think we need another sauce for this.
Also a drone is much harder to obtain than simply using a hand launcher from an elevated position. To me it appears to be moving sideways in seconds 1-3, which is the only visible evidence of anything.
This should be reversed. shorter notables on top.
