Metro's Public Health Department has confirmed that "an occupant" of the office building has the COVID-19 virus, according to a March 8 notice that building manager CBRE Inc. sent to tenants and posted on the tower's doors.
Tenants include AT&T's Tennessee headquarters (the tower was built 26 years ago for predecessor BellSouth, which occupied the entire tower at the time). Other tenants include the North American headquarters for Hankook Tire America Corp.; office space and a branch of U.S. Bank; Nashville-based Aspire Health; Deloitte; and law firms including Littler Mendelson, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Wyatt Tarrant & Combs
The Federal Reserve Bank's Nashville office also is located in the tower.
Laurel Graefe, who leads that branch, said building management informed tenants late Sunday night
