I don't doubt some things called "viruses" exist. I do have big doubts about the idea that they are "foreign pathogens", necessarily. I think "viruses" are exosomes for the most part. They function in cellular detox and signaling, I believe. I would not describe them as transmissible most of the time, except I think they might be somewhat like human hormones and pheromones. For example, just as women living in proximity begin to have menstrual periods in synch people at certain life stages respond to the presence of exosomes by initiating a similar process in their own bodies. Hence, mom's "chicken pox" party to get children through their "metabolic/cellular update process" at the same time.
As for the electron microscope evidence: It would be compelling if it actually existed for the coronavirus "pathogen". Yes, viruses can be viewed under and electron microscope. However, proving that any of these viewed entities are causative for a human illness known as "COVID-19" has not been accomplished as far as I know. I don't even know if the rudimentary viewing of the putative agent has been done using electron microscopy, much less purifying this agent from a patient sample form someone ill with a novel pandemic illness and determining it is present in amounts consistent with "viral" replication in the massive amounts that would be associated with illness.
