When I say app I mean app and application.
Responsive means scales from desktop to cell.
Reactive means client can compute without server needing to work for example searching.
Progressive means it can work online or offline then synch up offline work when internet available.
SaaS is software as a service. People can create an account to build or use something where they use others software and servers.
