Unload everything at the last minute, stun the normies and force the courts and politicians to defend themselves against them rather than prosecute and legislate Trump with more lawfare bullshit.

Everyone seems to want to arrest all the bad guys and hope (this time) the bad guy's court system will convict them. Basically, let's do this again and expect a different result than the last 1000 times we tried it. There's an idiom out there about that, I believe.
