Noice. Plausible the graf on the wal behind bus shelter 'S' started with the letter S. Looks very like Setup.
The view of the graf is from APR 2019, I think.
Anyway, here is an alternative. Read the graf as part map and part verb message and part noun target.
First two bits would be a map comprised of a two-sided triangular shape, like a carat, pointing upward, linked to a curved shape, like a horseshoe, bending around from left to right to left again.
Read as 'Go around the building. Enter there and go up.'
Then the latter two three bits comprised of a roughly vertical line intersected at top and bottom by the stems of another two-sided triangle, like a carat on its side or as an arrow pointed to the right, and a distinctive dot or period or fullstop symbol at the point of the arrow.
Read as, 'Turn left and continue to east end of the building.'
The uppermost level, at the rooftop, is a structure known as The Pentagon due to its five-sided shape. It is situated at the eastern point of NIOC House above Barclay's Bank.
Alternatively, the dot or fullstop could be The Sanctuary which is situated kitty-corner to the bank, across from the park on Broad Sanctuary, and adjacent to the building that houses the Office of the Attorney General, amongst other government offices.
There is a long history of this area adjacent to The Abbey serving as an actual sanctuary for refuges from the courts or from other 'arms of the law'. Not sure it would remotely apply as a sanctuary today but there may be some understanding amongst thieves and spies and suchlike.

Yes can see the 'loop' now. Not a quick dot painted over the lines. The 'dot' is a loop and is continguous with the lines. Given the hardness of the vertical stroke, I'd guess the form began with an upward stroke to make the vertical, and stop and swerve to the right and then the loop up and over to return to cross the vertical. Yes, think it is a single line/motion.
So not the same movement that painted the first character or pair of characters that we are taking to be an intended S.

The alleged first official Chinese case was 17 November 2019. China announced the problem to the WHO on 31 December 2019 as a โatypical pneumoniaโ. On 3 January 2020 Chinese officials provided information to the WHO on the cluster of cases of โviral pneumonia of unknown causeโ identified in Wuhan. On 9 January 2020 the WHO reported that Chinese authorities had determined that the outbreak was a distinct disease caused by a novel coronavirus. Remarkably, it seemed we in the West had an indirectly-deduced, best-guess PCR test ready-to-go in mid-January 2020 before we even had time to isolate and confirm the suspected in vivo causative agent, SAR-CoV-2 for ourselves.
The first two confirmed cases in the UK were 29 January 2020. Had the virus actually been caught in the act, on an electron microscope, isolated and purified from a human Covid-19 victim, yet? The International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV) announced โsevere acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)โ as the name of the presumed novel coronavirus (nCoV-2019) on 11 February 2020.
It also appeared to me that we had blind trust in China and the WHO, which in a knee jerk, prematurely decided that Covid-19 was a disease (i.e. a condition with a definite aetiology) and not a syndrome (i.e. a collection of symptoms and signs without a definite sole cause โ just like the elusive irritable bowel syndrome, or IBS).
For clarity, the โDโ in coronavirus means โdiseaseโ, the second โSโ in SARS-CoV-2 means โsyndromeโ. In a sense, the WHO had already decided Covid-19 was a distinct disease entity caused by a novel coronavirus before characterising it as a syndrome called SARS-2, and before the naming of the virus as SARS-CoV-2. The importance of scientific syntax and semantics cannot be overemphasised. Such cognitive slip-ups trickle unnoticed into general parlance and may have fatal consequences for us as a species.
Without a definite cause, one cannot definitively conclude to treat anything in particular. Is Covid-19 a syndrome, a mixed bag of symptoms and signs that has been negligently and politically globally fast-tracked to a scientifically wrong conclusion? Is it, in practice, a conflation of different, distinct disease entities including influenzae, rhinoviruses, pneumoniae and other coronaviruses, not to mention other non-infectious phenomena?
We may now never know, due largely to a fast-thinking panic, and incompetent local and global health systems biased by commercial and political interest.

Forget finding a virus first, forget antibody and antigen serology, blood PCR and routine chest X-rays, forget electron microscopy, culture and blood markers of inflammation. Forget even looking for other probable causes and taking a temperature or a pulse; just speculatively swab asymptomatic or vaguely symptomatic scared members of the publicโs contaminated oral and nasal cavities for bits of RNA, with a poor test, and over-amplify the apparatus. As the WHOโs Dr. Tedros said very emphatically at the very outset: โTest, test, testโ. As a physician, I wish heโd said, โThink, think, thinkโ; or as carpenters say, โMeasure twice and cut onceโ.
In March and April 2020, without the proper science, if it felt like coronavirus, it was coronavirus, it was buried as coronavirus. To this day, this irrational, pharma-political new world order narrative persists bullet-proofed, immune as if pre-vaccinated against all the countless eminent medics and scientist amongst the global intelligentsia.
In early May 2020 I was initially amused, but then concerned to read the Reuters report about the Tanzanian governmentโs official samples submitted for PCR testing. It reported that pawpaw and tortoise swabs tested positive for Covid-19.

The 2020 new infectious disease pseudoscientific paradigm goes something like this: anyone and everyone is a potential coronavirus super-spreader, all the time, regardless of fever, other symptoms, or no symptoms. Whether you have already had it or not, whether one wears a mask or not, the risk is always there. You may even contract it again, and again.
Anyone who dies within 28 days of a positive coronavirus test is a coronavirus death. The nominated standard community test for Covid-19 is an unprecedentedly bad one, far from any gold standard test. Potentially up to 93 percent may be false positive. This will create a synthetic โcase-demicโ spike because the health secretary pushes poor mass-testing hard and fast. This will be used to frighten those of the public who do not understand statistics, and who understandably instinctively trust their government. Testing simultaneously for more probable causes such as colds, flu and pneumonia will not be done. Everyone else with any other disease can go rot or go private. Children who are almost never at fatal risk (unlike with influenza) will be denied proper social care, an education and freedom of association.
This is not normal clinical medicine, nor public health medicine Where was this yearโs flu, respiratory viruses and pneumonia mortality spikes? Perhaps they were parasitically conflated with that will-o-the-wisp SARS-CoV-2?

What we might realise when we recover from our national PTSD is the new normal might be perpetual social isolation if Parliament continues to have its way. Maybe the government should take a moment of collective maturity and wisdom to acknowledge the real risk: the average age of death dying of Covid-19 is around 82 years, similar to the average age of general death in the UK. Any hospital junior doctor who has worked with the elderly knows an attachment in the UK winter is like working in killing season. Most of us donโt suffer from Covid-19, and when we do get it, we are fine, or have mild upper respiratory symptoms. The fact is, when (or if) we are eventually released back to our lives, our risk of death from trauma and accidents will increase simply by being allowed outside to play, again. Will the government frighten the life out of us by over-emphasising these, and swabbing it for Covid-19, too? Has anyone asked the question what would be the Covid-19 swab positive rate had we sent out the army to do it two years ago in winter 2018? I suspect it would not be zero.
The state narrative is in contradiction to the statistical facts, the science, and clinical experience of many doctors and scientists, many of whom are eminent, but easily brushed off with scathing, fearful rhetoric by the health secretary, as in his recent parliamentary performance disparaging the sensible, scientific, but censored Great Barrington Declaration authors and its 580,000+ signatories. We forget Sweden never locked down or masked up, and yet it continues to cope well, as we used to for any other seasonal viral epidemic.
My greater fear is that, for the government it is a simple waiting game; wait for the normal winter spike of deaths, unscientifically read it up to the worst possible case scenario, and class it all as Covid-19 again, contrary to the old, normal medical paradigm. Then, extend the lockdown measures for another six months to September 2021. Presumably, the government will repeat the โno vaccine, no freedomโ mantra, and continue to ignore the cheap, effective community treatments being propounded by my global colleagues, who are being censored, and no-platformed by government and social media.

How are we to operate as a democracy, involving our medical professionals and our royal colleges in constructive, reasoned debate to reach a scientific, reasonable consensus of opinion when the GMC stifles doctors on the front line, and when the government regulators crush, manipulate and censor their way through the usual democratic and scientific discourse? It seems even reasonable inferences, debate, and the right to speculate out aloud to progress our collective knowledge (particularly when we are not even allowed freedom to associate) is not official government policy. Not journalistically, professionally nor socially. It is tantamount to thought policing. Certainly, professional safety in my medical workspace involves suspending oneโs disbelief and zipping oneโs mouth in order to stay in a job. What is striking is that my colleagues avoid talking to each with scrutiny about Covid-19, to do so truthfully would be to dissent and risk unemployment. How as a society are we meant to join the dots, physically isolated, mentally compartmentalised and electronically censored? How can we progress unified and intelligently in this Parliament- created police-state?
The Coronavirus Act legislates for one doctor-approved cremations and mental health act sectioning. Before these required two. Medical abortions can now be done at home by tele- consultation under 10 weeksโ gestation via โpills-by-postโ, without the gestation being confirmed by the usual scan.
I have heard of medical colleagues who have been informed that if they wanted a relativeโs body quickly released for Muslim burial, it could be done within 24 hours if Covid-19 was accepted as the cause of death, but 2 weeks if the cause of death was the more logical stroke. In London, there seems to be in at least one hospital where a confidentiality clause or non-disclosure agreement must be signed before being allowed to work on coronavirus units. It appears the so-called whistle-blower protections for doctors continue to be trounced. What is there worth hiding that we all cannot be privy to? After all, isnโt this a public health matter concerning us all?
Is this coercive, controlling pharma-political alliance of fear-mongering the governmentโs new democratic normal? Is it a disproportionate response, deluded self-deception, spurious pseudoscience, fraud or a hoax? Is Sweden wrong? I donโt know, but how can we ever decide if the GMC forces doctors into the corners of anonymity and joblessness, and the government shuts its ears to us? It feels intellectually embarrassing to be anything other than Swedish.

From PHE reports, in England alone, the number of deaths associated with influenza observed through the FluMOMO algorithm was 28,330 in the 2014-15 season, and 26,408 in the 2017-18 season. I really didnโt notice these, did you? They are certainly not scarred on my psyche by the government in the same manner as Covid-19. We also seem to be in the exceptional situation of having conveniently avoided an annual influenza-associated mortality spike in the 2019-20 season. Could it be that a significant proportion were subsumed into Covid-19 associated deaths?
What of vaccines? We still donโt have one for HIV. Weโve never had one for a human coronavirus. Vaccines for flu can be ineffective and damaging. We may never have a viable candidate for Covid-19. Yes, medical technology has moved on, but not enough to compress the natural academic and clinical medical science response to this novel coronavirus into this timeline: the official narrative of less than one year.
What of mortality: a fraction of a percent, and 10 times less than predicted by the inadequate and presumptive Imperial College models? What about the age-specific mortalities: the younger, the more fractional the risk? Yet, some mask children and we destroy the lives of the least at risk (thatโs most of the workforce under 60 years). We destroy jobs, industry and life as we knew it while we wait for a vaccine. The NHS feels like it has been weaponised by the state and used paradoxically to damage our health. Isnโt that a hell of a timeline?

However that pic does provide a realistic view of the ABBEY and BIG BEN as viewed from the Victoria Street side of the building - over the Bus Shelter S.

The first part of the graf, the U shape, is interpreted to mean go around the building to the NIOC entrance on the other side - on TOTHILL STREET. This path is outlined in light red. The end part, the P shape, is drawn as a sort of arrow with a loop at its point - at THE SANCTUARY - and which returns to the Bus Shelter - or to the NIOC entrance on VICTORIA STREET. This path is shown as a darker red. It may depict the target area to view from the expansive vantage of The Pentagon. Of course, the 'loop' in the graf/map might be WESTMINSTER ABBEY yard, entrance, twin towers, and such. There is another bus stop in that vicinity, also. Heck, it could be BIG BEN in that loop.
This map interpretation fits a general theme that appears to be relayed on the London pics. Previously anons have discussed the sandmap notion whereby the layout of Winter Wonderland in the winter 2013/2014 roughly corresponded with the actual layout of buildings and sites of interest along and around THE EMBANKMENT. The Wilde Mause coast ride, for example, might be the HORSE GUARDS parade ground - the equestrian aspect there being a sort of ride. Then there is THE EYE - corresponding with the GREAT OBSERVATION WHEEL at the theme park. And the POWER TOWER at WW could represent BIG BEN / Houses of Parliament - the power behind the Throne, as it were. Next is the DOUBLE DECKER CAROUSEL in front of Wilde Maus and which might represent the relative position/significance of the roundabout in the streets at TRAFGALAR SQUARE. Even the BAVARIAN GREAT HALL, which would be behind the camera and out of view in the WW pics, might represent Buckingham Palace. The old WAR OFFICE might rep the CIRCUS that stood behind the WILDE MAUS - you know, clown central?
But the black box pic, pointing at BUS SHELTER S and at NIOC HOUSE, was taken a few years later than the WW pics and other London Pics. Interestingly, the black box pic is contemperanous with the pics of CHINA that showed palletes and which raised a theory about distribution of special burner phones to members of the Cabal. This theory got a nod from Q - although not quite sure to interpret that nod as a confirmation of the theory or of encouragement to dig deeper.
This link between the CHINA pics and the black box pic may be tenuous and I'd encourage ANONS to dig into it and let's see what is unearthered.
Meanwhile, how did the WW layout change between the winter of 2013/2014 and the winter of 2017/2018 and might that place the black box pic in relation to a significant change in terms of the 'sandmap'? Perhaps the reference point is THE EYE / GREAT OBSERVATION WHEEL.
I'll leave it to anons to examine the London Map and compare with the layout of Winter Wonderland and look for clues in surroundings / updates on both for that time period.

RE-reviewing CH1, the daytime pic of the Corinthia Hotel. Two things:

In the background on the right side of the camera frame is a tall building. This is NEW ZEALAND HOUSE way past the intersection of NORTHUMBERLAND and TRAFALGAR. At That intersection, to the left, is the roundabout which is home of an equestrian statue and a plaque that represents the precise centre of LONDON. From there one could proceed left, past the CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION (and past BUS SHELTER S, a sort of twin or counterpart to the bus shelter on VICTORIA STREET) and then onward to NEW ZEALAND HOUSE at the intersection of Cockspujr/Pall Mall and HAYMARKET.
As noted in previous discussions, both NZ and CAN are members of FIVE EYES but have been rather lacking in prominence thusfar in SPYGATE. Of late, NZ has taken the prize for the most harsh RONA restrictions on its population; and CAN has lately been in the news regarding DOMINION - and previousl regarding RONA and labs. And CAN was directly connected with the U-1 deals under the Hussein Admin and HRC at State.
But for SPYGATE, both countries have been in the background and rather quietly so.
That is what CH1 seems to suggest, if one takes the sandmap approach to the LONDON pics.

Also, something that has niggled for rather long time there is a mark, what looks like an automatically generated mark from the photo-taking device at the very bottom of the CH1 pic - well outside the actual 'live' photo area. Any ideas on what that might be? Did not appear on the other LONDON pics, including all of the CH and EMB pics whether taken from TRAF CAM or otherwise.
Here is a 'reverse view' taken from the current SV aerial 3D map of the NIOC House and surrounds. VIEW looks over the top of Methodist Central Hall Westminster, Storey's Gate, Westminster, London SW1H 9NH, UK. Noice shot of THE SANCTUARY which is at the foot of the two towers of WESTMINSTER ABBEY. The Pentago sits atop the building but has been officially unoccupied; Barclay's has been at that address occupying ground and possibly upper floors for at least a decade.
Note that above the 6th floor is a utilities structure and it opens onto the exposed rooftop level on both sides of the building. The Pentago is at this level but is taller by the equivalent of another floor in height.
The 'reverse view' provides gud shot of the TOTHILL STREET entrance and also shows the parking areas to be heavily used by COACHES. The old lower building at THE SANCTUARY is home of the ATTORNEY GENERAL as well as other government offices. At the centre of the building is an archway through which pedestrians can enter the green space beyond, OFFICIALLY the Westminster Abbey Precincts, 'The Dean's Yard', also nicknamed, GREEN.

A theory ?
Those pallets were full of smart phones to be distributed members, i.e. Hillary, bill, Hussein, bremmer,etc.. These were special phone which the cabal thought could not be tracked or monitored. The cabal needed a new way to communicate after Q exposed their gmail draft and game forum methods.
Hillary was in NZ (FIVEEYES), not only to raise funds (if that is the true story) but to test out the phones. . Under directions of Trump, NZ told Hillary that the phones were good.
The cabal worked with Chinaโs ZTE for these special PHONES. That is why ZTE was in the news lately. Trump drew attention to them to send the cabal a message that he was on to them.
