VERY similar writing style for letter P in these 2 samples. Take it for what you will. Not saying they are the same tagger. In fact there is more difference than similarity. However, people learn from each other.
I really like the idea of the map and possible location pointed out, but I must point out this similarity.
Just to add: About that "SeTup BVS" pic that anon found. In my cursory digging on taggers (much to learn, could get a PhD prolly somewhere), I came across similar 3-letter "endings", like BVS.
Well, there are graffiti tagging crews who get together to "bmb" a certain area with graffiti. The B usually stands for "Bmbing such and such. In our case it could stand for a temporary crew (either from Chelsea, or evidence just being from there) who are banding together "B*mbing Victoria Street"? Hence the BVS at the end.

Just taking this where it us leading. Dissimilar graffiti styles (of different members?) shown but maybe in a crew called SeTuP BVS. Can still have learned to do a P that way from seeing someone else in the crew write it that way.
Something not right about COMEY's HSBC appointment dates. One says hired 3MAR2013 and resigned 3SEP2013. That's 6 months. Then the subsequent doc says he was appointed on 3APRIL2013 and he resigned on 9APR2013. That's 6 DAYS LATER. I checked the business ID #. Same.
So he plays games with bring "appointed" for a couple of days, then resigns. There are perhaps 6 months agreed upon salary before actual termination? A clerical error by payroll dept? His resignation after just 6 days can seem like nothing but deliberate and somehow necessary- otherwise why do so? There must be an intended benefit to quickly file the resignation (he is no longer an employee of any company?) Like a book deal?
Interesting. Have we deciphered the graffiti slap tag in the Q drop? Phup8?
It might be PhupB, with the B standing for a town/suburb where our poster is from. Could be Brixton, Balham or Bristol. The halo-like crown, as discussed a past bread, indicates the tagger claims to be an "all-city" kang, claiming by the fact they have tagged the entire city. The little "whirl" symbol is common and, imho has something to do with being known or tagging in various places or "all over".

Should we be thinking along other lines when encouraged by Q to watch the resignations? The ones that are tendered days after an appointment? These are not resignations to step down due to some scandal, or a forced resignation. These are payoff appointments that last for days.

Was looking at Anon's SV pic at 6 Victoria(changed from 4 Victoria).
Couple of things. The business sign was "changed" just a bit, maybe just for a gimmick, to have a piece of (I assume) lighted plexiglass panel in front of the number 4 like: [4]Sight.
GRAFFITI ON THE WINDOW OF 4 VICTORIA STREET. I just noticed graffiti in pic anon posted. At first thot it was maybe a passing vehicle covered with graffiti. But there is def graffiti all over that window. Just that one? If it's just bus users writing with their fingers in window grime, then you gotta give them some kind of credit as being familiar with "tagger" styles of writing.
