So, Bobby Phinton is saying that some 650k to 1MM voters names are not recorded as voting. And yet the vote total in PA is so large these people must have voted. This is so because out of some 550k unique surnames that voted, nearly 1/2 of those surnames are unique to a single person.
So how do the remaining 280k surnames make up all the voters if the top 500 last names in the state/country have so many missing voters? It makes no sence****
