It helps to take a layer of anxiety off. As for following the board and getting on with life, it's one or the other, it's impossible to do both and know what's going on here. I've felt for a long time that to monitor life-impacting events effectively requires at least two people, like that thing about one person can't keep watch 24 hours. Many of us, solo or not, have felt the signals we're picked up require vigilance so as not to get caught unawares, it looks that critical to us.
His beef sounds legit to me, but, myself, I want to hang here, so I will go the diplomacy route.

It's an incredibly exciting ride, and really helps to get one to focus on and take in all these names, places, and events. I never would have thought I would ever be inspired enough to learn all what were confusing, boring-ass government minitiae up until now.
