City Blue used WeTransfer and FTP for clients to upload their files, but cites that they have a temporary office for Tuesday and will have a new email and phone

All servers were in the US too.

Now they will be setting up a temporary office at a Friends of the Quaker office at 84 Scio St.

Their FB post indicates that they will have a new phone number and email but they use a server hosted by Windstream for their email.

Does not compute!
